A six-storey, multi-purpose building with two basement floors incorporating parking facilities ,stores and a shopping centre was planned for the Investment Fund Building of the University of Jordan. Further shopping facilities were housed on the ground and first floors, plus a bank and a restaurant.

The upper floors consist of two towers, each three storeys tall, to accommodate residential apartments and penthouse flats.

The impressive complex features sky domes covering the first floor. A comprehensive system of escalators and lifts provides swift and easy access to each floor.
