The Geotechnical Works consist of drilling and coring for testing, procurement and installation of steel sheet piles and steel bracing system for steel piles.

Fabricate, weld & install tubular steel piles sections

(O.D. = 1064 mm & 914 mm) including piles head and shoe reinforcing plates.

Dynamic and Static Pile Load Test. Structural Steel for pump platform & cover.

The mechanical works will involve mainly “Supply and Installation Works” and shall include “Installation Works” only for the associated Electro-Center regarding fire suppression systems and air conditioning systems included within the Electro-Center.

  1. Installation Works

The contractor shall be responsible for installing the associated pumping station Electro-Center, where this Elector-Center and all included equipment such as MCC’s, lighting fixtures inside the Electro-Center, Firefighting, Raceways, Wiring Devices, etc… shall be supplied by the Employer. In addition to Debris Boom Installation & Connection.

  1. Supply and Installation Works

All works shown on the design documents which include:

  • Vertical turbine pumps
  • Pumping station including valves, fittings, pipe supports and all other necessary accessories to make the system perform correctly and as required by the Employer.
  • Pumping station Steel Structure including all necessary Earth and Road Works, Concrete Works, Electrical Works, Instrumentation & Control Works.
