The project scope included the design and construction of 1109 m2 offices building in the banking district of Amman, Shmeisani.
ConEx works comprised of civil, electrical and mechanical works of the 37 offices, meeting room, communication room and service center. The civil works included Gypsum board portioning, wooden doors, false ceiling, joinery works, painting and antistatic raised floor. Moreover, the Electrical works package covered the Lighting, IT systems, telephone system and door access control system, with all the related wiring, conduits, powering, communication and light points, complete with testing and commissioning.
The mechanical works included the HVAC system, fire fighting system and plumping works.
