Package (2) Design, Construction and Commissioning of Ajloun Water Transmission System – EPC

The scope of work includes the Design, Construction and Commissioning of the 82km Conveyance pipe line DI in area of North Jordan (Ajlun and Jarash), four water reservoir rehabilitation and pumping station. 

ConEx scope of works is included:

Civil Works (ConEx Works): Site Clearance, Stripping of Topsoil, demolishing, Relocation of Possible Utilities, Foundations, Building Works, Metal Works, Site Works (Drainage, Fencing, Landscaping & Auxiliary.

Mechanical Works (ConEx Works): design, supply and construct new carbon steel inlets and outlets connection pipes to existing four water reservoirs, equipped with mechanical valves, float valves and flow control valves.

Pump station: design, Supply, construct 300m3/Hr pump station including electrical substation, electrical panel boards, soft starters.

Control & Automation: design, supply and construct full automated control system including instrumentations (level, pressure, flow, analyzers, etc..), PLC and SCADA

Consultant: DAR AL-OMRAN

Main Contractor: Joint Venture of Nimer Al-Lawzi & Partners & Construction Experts Company (ConEx)

Project Value: 19,858,285 USD for the Joint Venture

ConEx Share: 902,680 USD. Electromechanical Works for Ajloun, Anjarah, Kufranjah & Ras Munif

Contract Duration: 24 months

Contract Handover: 15.05.2016
