Four Stars Hotel & Commercial Complex
The Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZ) was inaugurated in 2001 as a bold economic initiative by the government of Jordan. In its first decade, ASEZA attracted multi-billion investments in the tourism, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
In March 2006, ConEx was contracted to establish a four stars hotel and a commercial complex in the heart of ASEZA; a project that extended over 450 calendar days with a total built area of 20500 m2.
The scope of the project included both the skeletonworks and the hard finishing of seven floors including the Ground floor and three-storey parking building with a total number of 156 apartments.
