APC Internal Gas Distribution project is a natural gas feed project and it was designed to provide APC ( HLP, CCP1, and CCP2) Production Facilities with more than 20,000 Sm3/hr of Natural Gas, Project Designed to reduce the  production costs and to enhance APC’s a competitiveness in the global market, ConEx work scope was design, supply, fabrication, welding and erection of special type of carbon steel pipes called “low temperature carbon steel pipes” according to AMSE 31.3 and ASME IX with 100% NDT of Radiographic test (RT), Ball valves with all accessories. All pipes have been protected from sever environmental conditions by special rapping system supplied by DENSO-UK.

installed pipes with Approx. 1500 meters length , and 320 weld joints with different sizes (from 2” up to 12”) were accomplished by highly skilled engineers and technicians. ConEx has archived very high quality record with repair percentage less than 2% and with no cut out.

All Gas network was hydro-tested, flushed, cleaned and purged with nitrogen in according with international standards.

ConEx has installed and erect various type of Gas Skids for all end consumers like ( Boilers, Dryers and compactors).

Project completed and handed over to the client under supervision of highly reputable international consultant located in Belgium.
