As part of the on-going development in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone, ConEx was contracted by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) to leadthe Concrete Frame and Block Works for Al-Karamah Area Project (D) over a period of 610 calendar days and a total project value exceeding 8.4 million USD.  

The project consisted of 275 residential units with a total built up area of over 54,000 m2.
